[] adds guild info to the inspect window
[] adds pvp rank to the inspect window
[] adds an inspect key binding.

inspect range is equal to load range. if the player "exists" to you, you can target and inspect them.

the key binding can be found under "Inspect Target", in the category "Good Inspect"

inspecting the opposite faction no longer works until further notice. it's not likely to come back, I believe blizzard has disabled the ability.
